The innovative solution we are searching for

To clarify the the main expectations of the assignment:
There are minimum two example workflows required what should be implemented and presented by the proposer.
And also a user friendly method to define new objects(knowledge) and workflows by user with almost zero programming.
Not only closing the light in the room...

The scope of the assignment is an internal company staff online knowledge sharing system. Hotel Clients workflows can added later on. with the winner provider of the Hackathon.
And we do not need at this assignment any integration with external systems.
